hey there so a friend of mine is going to be renting on her own pretty soon, she was offered a place by a neutral friend that is really nice in santa ana. It is private and has parking and allows pets. The place is a 1 bedroom thats 1000sqft and she was thinking of dividing up the dining room sense it's so big into a little makeshift room for herself with walls, or curtains and then renting the bedroom out to someone or vice versa. The rent would be 650 for the bedroom or 550 for the makeshift room. She's super respectful , clean , likes anime, sewing,gaming movies theatre, cosplay and typical geeky hobbies. Is active and working full time so would mostly just be home at night and on weekends. Has a cat. Dog or another cat would be allowed. Would prefer another female roomie but is open to guys. She's really fun sweet and nice. She respects personal space and likes to do chores around the house and cook / clean. There's a bathroom with a double sink and separate shower and tub so everything could be divided in there. You don't have to be move ready now but within the next four to five months. This is definitely one of the best games I've played in a very long time. The story is great, the humor is awesome, the characters are entertaining, and the cameos are intriguing.
