That said, a lot of EMOTIONAL memories tend to stay with the astral body, which is why you tend to get those kids who seem to be able to accurately describe past life memories. (And thank god, people are finally starting to document those cases, I had no idea it was so common.) My own personal theory is that the effect of remembering these "astral memories" if you will, after attempting to change forms, time travel, or merely shifting realities, is akin to something like deja vu. Not exactly that, mind you, I've had a lot of deja vu cases as a kid, and what I have been experiencing lately is not quite the same thing. Especially when I can call out something that I could of sworn happened a week ago, only to have it happen just like that a week later. Take my advice. Its a head ache. You're better off not trying to piece together a turbulent reality. Just go with the flow and don't obsess about it. Lest you really will end up in a mental asylum. Also, one factor you forgot to mention in regards with possession is consent. In the most extreme cases of demonic possession (Something that's actually only real in about less than 1% of possession scenarios, and yes, there are very clear signs between demonic possession, and mental illness.), that "Consent" comes in the form of surrender. A channeler can also allow an entity to take temporary control over the body through consent.
