Is it illegal/prohibited to record their concerts?

I believe so. When Mikunopolis happened at Anime Expo they told everyone to turn off their cameras and most of the non-official videos that were uploaded got taken down for copyright infringement. But some people did it anyway and if it's for personal use they might allow it.
