protein is found in other places and most lifters use protein powder anyways regardless of the meal

calories arent unhealthy, its the empty calories and mainly sodium the average person needs to look out for :3 *is a diet expert from the amount of diets iv been on*

Try a mass gainer. Just once though. That'll add on some fat and a good amount of muscle. too much mass gainer will make you fat
