Yes. You can train yourself to recognize that you are dreaming and then take control of the dream. It's actually quite fun... but hard to do. I try to take control of flying dreams but at the same time it's just nice to go with the flow and drift with wherever it takes you.

Yup. Verymuch so. Though difficult to maintain for a long period of time without waking up.

I used to be able to do it and found my dreams more boring when I was in charge. Helpful with nightmares tho.

Sounds like too much work. I'll just sleep normally. Plus, I don't dream that often. When I sleep, I'm out. Like, a gunshot won't wake me up. I'm a very heavy sleeper XD.
