You don't understand ghost. This will be a military and civilian government. People will have their base needs catered for. You will go to great acadamies that train in healthy lifestyles, academic excellence and physical competence. You will be supported through your young life by the great Empire I have created and hundreds more opportunity's will be before you. We'll drain the celestial bounty as we travel the stars and plunder and raise infrastructure on alien worlds. If we oppress the rest of the universe our citizens can live comfortable lives.... or else. Join the future. Join the Empire.

Panda, I get it, in your scenario you'd basically create a human vending machine for the willing. However, if you've never had a particular flavor of chips and you get them anyways, aren't you still testing the waters?
