It saddens me how many people dont see the actual point here. I guess interpretive logic is a dying art. What things look like and what things are - are different.

But yes, you are technically allowed to ban the user if they're in violation of the rules or anything with disrespectful nature which in your case would be harassing continuously after he's told to stop. There's no designated rules list but going off of common sense would be the most closest thing to go off of. (Going off of what would logically be right since I used to roam a crud ton of other forums in the past oWo)

Let us see your sense of authority as a moderator of this forum. Show authority and who you are by telling someone to stop messaging you and tell them it's their last warning. You have enough power to do so. o:
