I was 2nd shift at my last job and got differential. Slightly later shift at my current job and I don't get differential.

Depends on the company. I mean, they don't have to offer a night differential...Good god...Getting distracted by the god awful smell of some kind of what I assume is fish. Why do people bring food to work that smells like ass and then heat it up?

i confess iv been falling asleep to smooth jazz lately i usually have a hard time falling asleep, but it really helps highly recommended to any trouble sleepers out there
