good for you ka-san, but make sure not to over load yourself small steps to change your schedule, dont rush into things or youll burn out

I also confess that I kinda wish I had some type of self-destructive habit to use as a coping mechanism right now, maybe getting blackout drunk will at least get me out of the way I feel right now. @_@

I confess I just tried watching one punch man and couldn't make it through the first episode. It had way too much blood and body parts.

I confess everyday I slowly move to social norms and I hate myself over it, I also feel like a degenerate but people think am doing great :(

Driving in the snow around other people has driven me to drinking tonight. But mostly I have booze and no work tomorrow.
