Cold aloe works best (Like, refrigerated.). I still have a skin tone difference on my legs where I probably got a bit of sunpoisoning last September and that aloe burn relief stuff worked wonders. Didn't miss work, just suffered through it and limped it off.It was kind of fun peeling sheets of skin off my legs a week or two later.XD
