Not for this one its rather quiet, Normally when the larger Machine is running I wear Ear Plugs with Over Ear Headphones over them to drown out the noise. Still can hear it. >.<

I read that noise cancelling headphones actually help a lot in situations like that. At least you don't have constant exposure to loud noises.

You could consider investing in some good boss earbuds that cost around $250 and then do a tax write off for them because you will be using them for work for the noise cancellation.

I confess this... Im typically a very calm person. But I have this thing I do where I'm always sizing people up. No matter who it is. I see a group of guys and I start thinking of scenarios where I have to fight them and I start planning on who to take down first and how. If its a big dude I think of how to get him on the floor and which joints to break first to immobilize them. If it's a group i think of my surroundings and how to use it to my advantage (for example I'll put my back against a wall so no one can grab me from behind). Im on that liam neeson taken status. I know... Im weird.
