I confess that I feel so fucking good about myself right now. I was in the shower yesterday and I noticed muscles that weren't there before. It's not really much to speak of but in my mind I feel so fucking sexy after seeing that and I can't wait to hit the gym again after work. It was a huge confidence boost.

Nice M4, I'm In a similar position, since Tuesday I lost 4 lbs. ^.^ Seeing results helps with concentration on the task of being a better you.
