Cute? Nah. Cute is for puppies or kittens. Nauseating? What, two grown adults cohabiting and mutually wanting to better each other/make a future together is sickening?;P Our relationship is quite chill. I mean, we're both homebodies and the real difference is, she spends a TON if time with her family (As do i...at times regrettably. So, so much drama and bs in that family.) and I could see mine a few times a year and be happy. Again, a lot of people love to love love, but they don't really want to love. It ain't magic, but there's nothing quite like having sex with your best friend.XD I'm sorry, I realize there are many here who just want a relationship, let alone marriage, but I feel lucky and excited at the prospect of spending my life with a woman like I've found and at times, I can't help but spew out what's on my heart.:)

I just got out of a 9 year Marriage Yasshat so don't mind my Morbidity. I think I speak for everyone when I say I am happy for you and I do hope all goes well and you don't spend too too much on the Wedding, they can get quite pricy.

Brass, Oh, I don't blame you one bit for how you feel. But, thanks anyways. Also, I'd say just a little over $2000 ain't bad. I have a few connections for things and family is catering food, so the expense isn't horrible, I'm just dead broke. I suppose it's fitting that we're literally getting married in a cemetery.XD

Don't I know. I don't understand extravagant weddings. Tens of thousands for a couple hours? Are you kidding me? I can honestly think of better things to spend that kind of money on. I mean, to me, it's more of a show/meal/entertainment for your guests, most of which I hardly see or talk to. That's not to say I think little of marriage, it's just the whole ceremony/extravagant party part that I think is usually and expectedly WAY over done. Damn, use that money for a down payment on a house or something.

I agree, you are better using that towards IDK A HOUSE/Apartment/anything else. Thats why I never understood extravagant vacations so much money for so little time. Buy something, the happiness from that item will last a lot longer.
