This really doesn't count as japanese food. Haha. That crummy brick ramen only vaguely counts as ramen. I had some spicy miso ramen this weekend. Now THAT's japanese... well the japanese adaptation of Chinese... but still... brick ramen is a travesty... and Americans really don't know how good real ramen is because of it.

I'm reasonably good at making sushi, but I need someone to help fan and mix the rice for me because it kills my arm.
