This is what I ate tonight. The white dip isn't cheese, but a ranch dressing mixture that might as well be dubbed "White People Crack." Not the equivalent of Deviled Eggs, however it's damn close. I believe my brother mentioned this sauce was made by the local Virginian Hispanic community mixing together Thousand Island Dressing with Horseradish and Mayo. Not sure if that's true, yet there is no denying it's addictive.

Looks like every other tex-mex place, unfortunately. No matter the name, unless the clientele is mostly Hispanic and so is the menu...It's all the same. lol I mostly go for unlimited tortilla chips and margaritas.lol
