@cur_lypav I would make sure that the person is actually drowning, then call 911. Some people just look like they are flailing in the pool, but actually knows how to float.

@wik I don't have a problem to soak in shallow pools, but swimming is a different thing

@cur_lypav Oh. I do want to add, that if it's the actual beach/sea. I'm calling help right away. Too many variables that can drown a person in that situation.
