I disagree. I haven't watch many, but I know of at least 2 that are decent and enhance the experience instead of completely ruin it. GTO and Kimi ni Todoke.

That DragonBall Z one they made a few years back I didn't care for.Piccalo was the villain and Goku..was Caucasian when it should've been played by a Japanese guy.By the way nothing against white people.I am white myself but it would've fit better for that movie.And I know this isn't technically anime.. but I kinda like Avatar the last Airbender live action

Well, yeah. The problem is that live action can't be handled by Americans because they don't know the first thing about anime, and I'm not trying to be hateful here. They managed to take something like freaking Dragon Ball and SOMEHOW managed to fuck it up. To this day it still blows my mind. Wanna know of another godlike live action? Ace Attorney. I forgot about it, but this is NO DOUBT one of the best live actions out there. Why? - It follows the story. - The actors ACTUALLY look like there characters. - And there's plenty of fan-service. This right here is ALL you need to make a decent live action.

@ key The dragonball movie made me want to ask my cable company to pay me for wasting minutes of my life watching that garbage. Didn't even bother seeing it completely ... only first 15 minutes and I was done.

I couldn't take it after seeing 'goku' getting bullied. They turned one of the strongest and likeable characters in all of fiction and made him into a wimp in a college movie.

Not even college highschool ... The part I had trouble with since the first minute was ... okay I'll let goku be a white kid ... its murican film. But goku in school? ... that writer better be fired and by that I mean set aflame.

I know right. It's like starting a house with the roof. At least they could have TRIED and made him look like Goku. How expensive could it have been to buy some extra gel or a freaking wig. Cosplayers looked better than most of the characters on this movie.
