I'm guilty of daydreaming as well, then again I assume most anime/manga fans may be as well. I agree the world can get pretty ugly and I stay away from news and the like as often as possible, because it just puts me in a foul mood. Anime definitely keeps me sane and inspires me. Welcome to the site, although it's a 'little' dead around here. I'm also fairly new as well. My account is not even a day old yet.

Really? o - o Yeah, news upset me aswell, but I do make sure to read the paper. If I find the right anime to read, it can turn an absolutely horrid day into a good one. Thank you so much for welcoming me! Haaah, sucks that it's dead here, though.

I'm working on figuring out how to liven it up and there's a suggestions thread in the "Site News and Suggestions" forum, so I posted some ideas. I think this site is still fairly new. I haven't even heard of it since yesterday, and then soon after joined. We need a site like this in all honesty. Well I'll be sticking around if there's no one else on here.
