I'm angry all the time, I've been bottling it up for the past year, now though it's starting to come undone. I've been having random out burst at work,home, and in public over nothing. I developed panic attacks and I'm losing control of my actions. It's even hard to breath most of the times.

You need to just take some days off man and have a big outburst then after that just think back and laugh also anime is a good way to release and get new insight in life

Watching anime has helped me to stay pretty positive, but lately I've been writing in a journal and that helped me tremendously. It may not work for you, but it might be worth it to give it a try..? Best of wishes. c:
