Looking for Otaku friends

The forums can be a little slow here sometimes~ All kinds are good for me. I'm more partial to comedy and tragedy anime but I'll never turn one down based on its genre alone. Trigun was a great show that I didn't think I'd like originally. How about you?

I like more of the fighting or slice of life anime because both genres know how to make my jaw drop out of amazement or cry ;w;.....like angel beats or hajime no ippo

Angel Beats was pretty good but I didn't like the ending too much. But the extra epilogue was interesting! I've never gotten the chance to watch Hajime no Ippo though I know it's very famous.

yea,hajime no ippo was really good..... hehe But im one of those otaku's that are all in it for the story and the fights too, It inspires me alot, I dont mind fanservice :3....... I'll try keeping it real XD

Some shows start out with really interesting plots that later gets overshadowed by the fanservice they put in. That's the only time it really bothers me. I feel that if they're going to start a series with good plot, they should at least finish it without allowing the show to dissolve into nonsensical fanservice.

Yea, I completely agree, They do it way to much in fairy tail, even in the middle of fights which ruins the intensity of the fight :/.....I like serious fights that keep me watching
