Anime Expo (Los Angeles)

I'm just spitballing here but, I feel it would be easiest to set up a consistent meet up area and just set up a few meet times throughout the day. In other words, have a meet & greet before the convention starts up so people know who is who. Then, have a few more get together's for lunch/dinner and snack runs. That way people can do their thing at the convention without any pressure but, also have an opportunity to have fun as a group when we need to stuff our faces. Constructive opinions are super welcome. If we can all come to an agreement on how to go about this I'll set up an *Official* AX meetup thread.
