Well if you really wants to eat and have transportation you could hit some nearby restaurants but nothing beats eating in there and meeting people

I'm good with the first idea though. I'd also like to know your rationale for choosing the second floor, Wallace. And Little Tokyo sounds like a GREAT idea! :D
