Favorite Video game/s?

I know this is an anime forums but as much as I love anime I am a gamer as well. I played my first game when I was two years of age and watched my first anime when I was four-five. My first game was mario and my first anime was galaxy express 999. Anyways what is everyone favorite video game or video game series? I have several considering I've been playing games close to when I was born: Final Fantasy, Silent Hill, Resident Evil/Biohazard, Metal Gear Solid, Devil May Cry, Atelier, Star Ocean, Mario, Zelda, Assassin's Creed, and many others. I don't know if I have a favorite series really. . . I love them all :P As for favorite games. . I would have to say Final Fantasy 7 and Chrono Trigger. :) Maybe Final Fantasy 8 too for it's romantic story. . but I love them all!

I love Dark Souls, nothing can probably steal my heart from it. When it cheats on me I'll report back with others.

@ J , I love both Demon and Dark souls! They are awesome games, really enjoy how hardcore they are. I only beat them both twice to go through the game and new game +. Then I would just go pvp with my Knight with his huge dragon hammer that 1-2 shots people hahaha. Eventually got bored though as with most games. @ Draco , Awesome game selection! I'm currently playing the mass effect series, I played some of fire emblem and Sanctum. The lunar series seems like a great series, I may get into that too. All the rest of the games you listed I have played and are all great!. @ werlwend , Sonic is always awesome :D
