I've watch a lot. the first ever was probably Dragon ball z and Gundam Wing . I've watched Try Gun and Gun X Sword and since Cannan I've gotten in to some romance anime witch might be kind of weird but i prefer a romance in any of my anime even if its just a little. Makes the whole show seem to have more purpose behind it instead of someone just going around fighting for some flimsy cause. Samurai Champloo might have been one of my favorite.
