I don't think she's a feminist... I think she said Feminists objectify women. I've argued her points to people before, but I was wrong, because men are sexist pigs who cannot comprehend the complexity, intelligence, and purity of the female mind. Humans are humans. Men and women are merely different in certain logic processies of the mind and certain chemicals and features of the body. Neither is superior nor inferior. To think that one in inherently "higher" on some evolutionary chain is foolish. This is my belief.

Girlwriteswhat is totally not a feminist (at least not these crappy 3rd wave feminists), as she systematically destroys them on a regular basis. The double standards and hypocrisy are laughable. Her videos are great though, go and watch a bunch of them.

Having spent no small amount of time amongst the anarchist community in denmark and scandinavia in general, i can safely say that she is indeed a feminist, albeit not the self-victimizing kind, who in essence are not feminists AT ALL. [The International Women's Day, was founded in the building the Danish anarchist community have been gathering in for almost 100 years, and as such the very ideas of equal rights and feminism have very strong roots in said community thereby validating my expressed stance on the subject]

Anarchy? Equal rights? I thought anarchy meant "a state of society without government or law". Wouldn't that mean they're against government giving/enforcing equal rights, or the very existence of government? I am puzzled... Forgive my ignorance, as I know about anarchy mainly from my Slav heritage (ya Yugoslavia!). - After briefly researching it, I found my answer: "As anarchism is a political philosophy that opposes all relationships of power, it is inherently feminist" - L. Susan Brown So if feminism is defined as "the removal of men having power over women", and it is also believed that society/government is the instrument of said oppression, anarchy is indeed in support of feminism. Previous statement is based on the idea that anarchy is the REMOVAL of authority and feminism is based on the REMOVAL of authoritive oppression, rather than the ADDITION of equal rights and opportunity (first wave feminism). It is at least very different from American Feminists, who's focus is on reproductive rights (free birth control and abortions) and reclaiming derogatory terms. Culturally, however, they tend to be of the "flaunt sexuality" and expect not to be treated the least bit different. *I'm not stating all this as fact, I'm merely conversing philosophical thoughts. So please counter/correct me.

I use the term Anarchist community as an umbrella word for the mal-adjusted existances in society, punks, streetkids, hobos and so forth. Given that we live in a socialist state most such people naturlly band together to form groups that can better resist attacks from government and uncivilized civilians. Being raised in the upperclass as a kid, then spending 5+ years at the very bottom of society as a street-punk, I've had the opportunity to see alot of nuances that go missing when observing through the windows of media and historical reference.

Okay, I understand what you're saying now. Anarchist is one who doesn't have ties to society/government, or at least little comparatively to, say, an upper middle class worker (generally speaking). I would agree that that group does tend to support equal rights to everyone. And feminism being the belief in equality of the sexes, she too would be a feminist; and a great one at that, with a very clear message and no "woe is me, the female" type of message. I notice that many people (not just feminists, of course) try to spread some message but then poison their position with self-pity. Wait, are we online? Shouldn't we be swearing and questioning each other's sexual orientation instead of actually defining our terms and realizing we agree with each other... *sigh* I hate talking to intelligent people.
