Who is a fan of this ultra-silly martial arts rom-com from the late 80s-early 90s? Personally, it's like mixing Looney Tunes or Tom & Jerry with fighting. Light-hearted and fun.

I am. One of the 1st amines I've watched in Cantonese. I just think out gets old and repetitive fast. I only like the 1 - 3 seasons. After that I only like Ukyou episodes.

I like the Shampoo episodes the most, though it's fun seeing Happosai the dirty old midget get pwned a lot.

I've only ever read the manga, I've never seen the anime. Errr, I also mighta read a certain doujinshi... *cough* anyway, the waiting list for the anime through my library is astronomical, so it'll be a while before I can see it.

Oh I enjoy it.. I enjoy all Rumiko's stuff but she IRKS me so bad.. none of her series.. I mean none (even Inuyasha which says it is ended) has a proper ending.. Ursei Yatsura, Ranma, Mermaid Forest.. None have endings no closure no he gets the girl happily ever after or heck even unhappy.. give me something.. Curse youn Rumiko! but I do enjoy all her stuff hehe I am a sucker rofl

It was hilarious, I did not expect to see Panda Genma (who must buy his wooden signs from the same place as Wile E. Coyote) come out so well, and all the cartoon sound effects thrown in. xD I know Ryoga gets lost a lot, so I assume the reason he didn't appear was for getting lost in the transition :p I still need to see season 5-7, the movies and OVAs.

The OVAs are pretty good. I can watch 'em over and over. The movies are a different story. The plot in both movies is that Akane gets kidnapped. The only difference is that the 2nd movie has a lot of eye candy. Technically there's a 3rd movie but for the R1 release it was bundled with the OVA DVD collection. "Team Ranma vs. The Legendary Phoenix".
