Cheater: Tips how to tell you Boy/girlfriend is cheating on you

mop
Ahh, I've been cheated on, but that doesn't make me an expert in seeing the signs. The first time was probably my own ignorance. He spent more time with my best friend than with me, and I didn't put two and two together until it was far too late. I'm not telling you to not trust any significant other you might have, but at least notice the obvious. I have no proof that my second cheated, but the signs were everywhere. His ex lived right down the road, he skyped with her every night, whenever I couldn't come over he'd have her over instead, he was constantly going through my emails and text messages and would threaten to dump me if I ever talked to another guy (yet he could talk to all of his exs). It's a very suspicious situation, and if you're EVER in a relationship with these signs, get out of it. It's incredibly unhealthy. The third (or second) time I was cheated on, I chose to ignore the signs, and then got slapped in the face with the reality I shunned. He was unhappy, quiet, and up to the day of the break-up he became increasingly moodier. There was also a girl on FB who suddenly started giggling over everything he said. Obvious signs, but sometimes it's just hard to accept these things. The key is trust. Trust that you chose someone who will make you happy and trust that you're making them happy in return. If they betray you, then trust that they knew what they were doing. What will be will be.

I like your answer mop on that matter i agree with you trust is always important if you go on in life with that altitude despite that you may find cheaters you will eventually find somebody that loves you for you

It's unfortunate this happens to people on MaiOtaku. My only 2 gfs both have cheated on me. Based on my experiences, the biggest tall-tail signs that you can notice is drop in: interest, conversation, time together with you. They are out with a "friend/s" and never tell you who that is. If you are in a sexual relationship if you have a drop in sex or just get cold turkey that is also a sigh. I base this on my own experience. People are all different. It's usually not your fault however is an unfortunate part of being in a relationship. It can happen... it sucks but it's never the end of the world. I can tell you this... truly honest people are hard to come by.

Only ever had one GF cheat on me, it was when I was about to serve in the army, she cheated on me 2 days before to get out of the relationship instead of doing a long distance thing. I myself have cheated once, though in my defense I did not know you could cheat on a fuck-buddy....

Fuck-buddies don't count. It's not a real/committed relationship. But maybe other's have a different opinion about that.

As a fellow male i wholeheartedly agree, I think it was a matter of her settling for FB instead of pursuing it further, or me not picking up on the usual hints and just assuming i knew how things were going.
