It changed my age to 18 on the 22nd when i put my birthday as the 23(which it is). Just a heads up it changed my age before my actual birthday. There was still about 3-4 hours left today when i noticed it changed my age.

It probably changes your age to UTC time. So you were 18 somewhere.
Google Ads track you all over the web. XD Generally its useful, I'd rather have ads for video games than ads for makeup. XD
