Comedy? ummmm... Abenobashi, Furi Kuri (one of my personal favorites), 2x2 Shinobuden, Mahoromatic, Excel Saga, Kuroshitsuji,Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, Midori Days (the concept itself is pretty hilarious), Beelzebub (the manga is much better imo), Disgaea, Azumanga Daioh, Mayoi Neko Overrun!, Full Metal Panic?Fumoffu, Rozen Maiden...desu desu desu XD. Also watching Chi from Chobits learn things was pretty funny. *whew* That's all I can think of at the moment lol. If you haven't heard of or seen the AMV Hell series on Youtube you should definitely check it out. It's always good for some laughs.

I thought School Rumble was pretty hilarious. I'm not much of a comedy fan though so not much help here.
