Successful Dating

Has this website been any sort of helpful in matching two people together, creating something of a successful relationship? I feel like it has to have, at least at some point, with how old this site is. But I feel as if nowadays it may not be as helpful, especially since every match is 50% and below and every profile I've visited that has comments shows little to no actual engagement between people.

there have been I think 2 of them. one i can think of is Arc & Veruca. the matches are based on anime, its best used to find friends. not alot of people stick around but if ya stick around here you might just meet someone.

I actually know two people IRL (who are not Arc and Veruca) who met through this site and have been married to this day. This was a long time ago though, but I can confirm at least 2 myself. I would imagine it could still work, but in sort of like maybe more of a traditional sense of like friends into maybe dating type of thing. Really refreshing to be honest, regular dating apps went too all in on that swiping meta, which I view as a negative.

Panda was in the air force and pretty smart since he went for networking as a career, he had ways to meet someone across the whole world. Arc and Veru both lived nearby in Georgia from what I remember. I don't know the story behind jilli and her husband but I think majority of the success comes from luck and being successful enough for a online relationship to become a real one.

I agree with Joe. You gotta know how to make a ldr into a irl relationship and date to marry. If you don't make much money it would be a hassle to move someone from point A to point B. Even if you do manage that alot of sacrifices have to be made on either end so it's not easy in the slightest. If they fall out of love with you in person after the move then you are cooked. Waste of money and time on both parts.

Yeah I met Veru on this site years ago back when it was highly active. She moved to Georgia and we got married. I'd imagine its a lot harder to find someone now on this site but not impossible. This site currently has roughly 10% of active users compared to when I met Veru. Maybe the single guys on here have a better idea how much women frequent the site now, though. In any case, I wish you the best of luck.
