Shonen or Shoujo? Which would you rather live in?

Ok, if you had the chance to become either a main character or,because it'd actually be interesting to react, a background character in any Shonen or Shoujo manga/anime, which would you choose? Personally I'd enjoy being a main character in Shonen just because most Shonen are action but being one of those guys in the background seeing everything happen wouldn't be bad, what about you?

Neither or something inbetween =D I allways found Shoujo kinda boring and i hate all the annoying troops in Shonen

I tend to like more Shoujo over Shonen, but some mix is good. Or stuff that's in between the two with equal balances.
