@momoichi veganism avoids Ischemic heart diseases, which is a subtype of heart diseases. Anemia is highly prevaland in veganism, which is one of the major issues of vegan diet and a big cause of cardiovascular dieases. Now if u take vegan diet with Iron supplements, then that solves most problems. But instead if u eat a healthy omnivore diet without fast food, that would be more than sufficient and generally recommended. Infact, even with plant based diets, you can have a balanced and healthy one, but that requires a lot of variety, and discipline. Because of these reason I still stick to my opinion that omnivorous diet without fastfood, is superior to vegan diet.

Then you don't need gun Also maybe if you saved your money and lived off of ramen like a normal person you could buy a fucking glock (Glocks are so sexy) Edit: instead of buying fresh ingredients and making nice looking meals

hit me up tomarrow brusch i wanna debate on the bases that the people need to own fire arms to keep their government in check. never debated it so cant say ill do well, but it seems interesting ^v^ @lm can you show me a study that says vegans are at a higher risk of other forms of heart diseases? not just that they have anemia, but that they died and its been diagnosed as such. if you eat a healthy vegan diet you don't need to supplement for iron. iron is not only in meat food, iron is just extreme abondent in red meats. but so is cholesterol and saturated fats, and i would say its healthier for me to supplement iron then to intake those two things. ill add that isn't heme iron in red meats and also a big contributing factor to heart diseases? would you contest that the healthier diet is a diet of only a small portion of meats?

Next year I am getting a gun license and will finally get an actual firearm, thinking either a glock 19 or a ruger kpg141 in .357 magnum.

I said cardiovascular diseases, which have anemia as part of it. If u asked other heart diseases, then I don't think the studies we both saw so far in the debate commented on them.

can i see a study showing that they have died and that was diagnosed as the cause? or that they have died because of anemia at least?

To be frank, as much as I am a gun advocate, the "keeping government in check" thing isn't really right, lest for me. Saudi Arabia is one of the most armed countries in the world and it is a "dictatorship", where journalists simply up and die...
