Maybe reading through that study might be tiresome, so here is a link to the table from that study which compiles the data:

And thank you for your stand on this topic too. I actually appreciated it that you were honest about your opinions.

so i believe i saw this study and its actually flawed if I remember correctly
its hypothocized that what brought the iron deficiency was the fact that women menstrate, and on average always have lower iron levels. so if that was accounted for the numbers wouldn't be that low
every diet is low on iron, vitamin d, and vitamin b12. one of the reasons why i didnt wanna debate health is so many links are required and now i have to fish them up.
id add that the leading cause of heart disease is saturated fat and cholesterol and on average vegans have the lowest risk of any diet of all cause mortality.

usually when people startv a sentence with "first off" it tends to be very defensive conectation, so I apologize and appeal to poes law xD
yeah I hope I have proven to be logically consistent in my beliefs, something I'm afraid is in scarcity in this thread

^the study I showed u is not flawed, it compiles data from all the studies published in pubmed regarding the subject. It has references to those studies as well, I would like u to point out how or where it is flawed, if u r saying it is.
Meat based diet are not low on iron, and Vitamin B12 and is recommended to patients with their deficiency.
I will read that article

id say its flawed because the women brought it down, not due to veganism but due to menstration. they added them with the men and it brought the over all score down. nothing to do with veganism is my point, as women are always low on iron because of their periods.
i can bite the bullet and say you need to supplement on a vegan diet, but you need to supplement on a carnist diet as well. meat has no nutrients minus iron and vitamin k, and you can supplement for iron and you make your own vitamin k. we also make our own cholesterol and no one has ever died from lack of cholesterol.
on the other hand vegans are at lowest risk for all cause morality because their diets are so low in saturated fats and nearly devoid of cholesterol.
if the biggest killer in America is heart disease and vegans are the lowest in that id say its healthier. no diet is perfect, but veganism is superior.
