#75 I confess, I cannot fathom what it is like to have depression. Most likely I see for what it actually is, than the teens who claim they have depression when in actuality they are just sad. Depression =/= being upset. Depression is super complex, and is not a one trick pony. Even when depression can be both self-control or not, one should understand how serious of a mental illness it is. And I know there are going to be some who will call me a bad person for calling it a mental illness, however seeing as I, and many others don't use that term to belittle someone or degrade them, I am using how it is used correctly. Do not call yourself depressed when you are not so, self-diagnosing yourself, and whining about how terrible it is. That is called giving up. Do you want to be happy? If so, you don't do it by parading around and sitting on your ass to getting angry at people for not being 'kinder' towards you. Go to a doctor, a professional to seek help. The medical field is constantly trying to help people in need, try to make the best of it - you will feel so much better knowing you are in good hands.

#76 What if theyre not sitting on there asses and simply cant afford to seek help? I know I cant. My parents are already very tense since my elder brother was diagnosed with depression. I cant trouble them any further. Its always so much more easy to say things.
