Need help from an admin, or anything of the like it. I've had premium for years now to support the site, even for long periods when I haven't been using it. And now I need to remove from my card and there is no simple solution.. No contact info to get ahold of anyone. The help tab just says to contact an Admin but doesn't list any names lol. No links or info to anything to help resolve the situation and contacting the card company suggests I contact the merchant first.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Side note - I've had my payment method removed for the longest time and I'm still billed, the subscription section of your account doesn't have a cancel option.
