SPAMMERS & SCAMMERS NOTICE BOARD

I am not an old user of this site but I was recently messaged by a scammer or maybe she was a legit person any whoooo... I decided to create this so we can point out these people and have them face judgement and if the creator of this site can be our executioner, we can use the peoples voice to send them to the Guillotine. Hope they don't reincarnate back for vengeance... LOL

I may not be active these days, and I am not in a good mental head space to do mod duty (I used to be the guy who deleted fake accounts before they could post.), but have you thought of going to a mod about this stuff? Also, I noticed people have been posting on their threads. Remember, we can't delete the thread when you do that. That's one thing I still do when I see them.

I don't think it's common knowledge that the threads can't be deleted if someone else posts in them. I post small things or blank comments just to get them off the feeds because they get missed every day. And there are multiple ones *every* day. I even listed all the ones that could be taken care of on maybe the bugs and suggestions thread.. maybe I made my own about it. Nothing came of it.

Maybe you had to have been around when Tsundere-kun was assaulting this place, cause durring the clean up phase, we were having to tell people that all the time.

Yeah, I don't think I was. I wish cleaning up was an easy task. It's greatly annoying. Bots are the new pop up ad. Seems crazy we haven't figured out a better way to mitigate them.

I remember when I was looking for a job as a writer, a lot of the openings were looking for advertisers who would pose as people in forums and try to get people into a landing page which would lead them to the actual product. Just getting hits on the landing page would help get them ad revenue as well. So it kinda makes sense, given how souless the job is to just make bots to do it for you. But yeah, that's just another reason not to post in there threads. lol
