I can participate! This is one I found kind of recently and I haven’t finished it yet even though there is like... only 13-15 episodes XD. But, it’s called Hypmic and I usually don’t watch anime dealing with music, idol singers or etc. But basically their government and world powers were overrun by women and the women decided to take weapons away and create a microphone that... I guess basically can produce sound waves that can severely injure people (or even kill them if not taken to the hospital) and they give the microphones to the men/boys and have them rap battle each other possibly to their death? It can happen (them dying that is) Idk what kind of plot that is either? But I watched it since cute men/boys and I just found the show funny, because I can’t take it seriously how they rap battle each other XD. Also, sorry about the explanation of the plot I paraphrased... in a way sksksk Edit: I think the women are planning something evil or something... I just don’t what that is yet XD. Idk what they’d do with microphones or what they get from seeing these men and boys rap battle, but alright!

It's sort of a subversive take on the team focused message many sports anime try to instill. The essential premise is that Japanese football is failing. It's too safe and far too focused on team play with adherence to what traditionally has worked. So a man named Ego has an idea. Thus a group of high school boys across Japan are all recruited for the chance to enter "BLUE LOCK": a program and facility dedicated to training the best striker in the world. A simple plan but an effective one. Rather than try to play as a team, BLUE LOCK will craft a champion. It's physically and mentally demanding. There are challenges all based around weeding out all but the best. Until only one is left standing at the top. There are some powerful personalities in the series( personally my favorite is Barou. I see so much of myself in him) and very interesting moments. The games are usually short but there is a lot of characterization there. I've been reading the manga which I cannot recommend enough. It's no Hajime no Ippo but the composition, artwork, characters and pacing are all 10/10 so the flaws in story are not even on your radar. It sells what you're there to buy: A kickass sports anime with some interesting things to say about ego and what it means to work towards being the best you can be. Also it is SO FUCKING CHEESY SOMETIMES!! Especially the insults characters come up with. It transcends cringe and becomes legendary. In a twisted way I've come to love it and look forward to the flatly ridiculous things characters will call one another. If you ever get the chance to watch it (Or read the manga seriously it's that good) I'm always up for talking about it.

Currently watching the original Gundam series and the voice actors really put their heart and soul into these screams like something tragic might be happening but as soon as someone screams i just absolutely lose it cause it's so over the top just finished the first episode that explained there's been a one year war going on where the farthest colony orbiting the Earth declared independence and attacked another colony because they heard the Earth federation was working on a secret Gundam aka as the main character's Gundam

@verucassault I actually got a little emotional at the end. Wasn’t expecting that, but it was very satisfying :)

Ugh so there was a fill-in for Sakurai's voice actor for Season 2 Ep 1 of Uzaki-chan. Annoying. I hope the season 1 voice actor does the rest if the season.
