@gdmh39 yes it’s a rental house we’ve been staying in for almost 12 years now (sometime in June will be 12 years officially) and idk if we could sue them? I don’t know how that stuff works and @criselington you know I think I have seen that mold somewhere in the house before... there’s also problems with the air conditioner too (I think my eldest brothers has mold on theirs and was blowing it out on them) :3

Baking soda, white vinegar, and water mix it up and use that to clean and kill it and wear a mask too if the owner refuses to do something

Now you guys take photos of everything broken and moldy and i mean literally every place nook and cranny. Show them to the houseowner and if he doenst fix it , well threaten them with lawsuits i know def that this is some kind of violation but i would need to know what state you are in to get the right laws

You could but it depends on the contract that was signed. If the landlord or owner is responsible for maintenance and repair in the agreement then yes you could

What there is an agreement to that? In germany its always comes to the owner. Since thats stuff the owner needs to maintain. Dafug is that bs. The agreement to rent a house as german law says its like you rent the house in a condition that you can live in. Who DAFUG would want to rent sth that would make living in them harmful?

@gdmh39 @criselington we live in the capital Washington D.C. (I already had it in my location but changed it to be silly). Yes the landlord is responsible for all fixing of stuff in the house, they bought us an oven since as I’ve mentioned it was emitting a gas smell and wouldn’t turn on. Also Viking babe in order to clean them we’d have to remove the tiles since the people “fixing” the house just covered it up... so what do we do then?

Ehm i don’t remember but I think you would still see the mold coming out of there also that sounds like the houseowner is a retard that would only cost him alot later on because once its spreads underneath he gonna have to break the whole place… well its his house but he is fukking it up lol

I kind of want to go there and fix all this myself like damn. Go to the doctors get documentation about health issues caused by black mold take it to your landlord and make them fix it. If they refuse and you have medical documentation and pictures of the mild in the house a courtroom would love it. You just have to be sure in the renters agreement and paperwork the landlord is responsible for the properties maintenance
