Also about the pasta I hate red sauce with any other noodle that isn’t the long ones XD. I like Alfredo with penne noodles and I think bow tie cause it was the only noodles we had at the time but I like it best with penne, but I also don’t eat pasta much so that’s where my sauce being paired with certain pasta shapes ends lol

You can't make Mac and Cheese with spaghetti noods. I think I tried it in college once out if desperation. It was a terrible idea and I hated life in that moment.

Nah uh. Alfredo is way different, lots of flour, different kind of cheese, use of pasta water. I can think of a lot of ways I make if differently. And Alfredo has way less cheese than Mac.
