Anything we are looking at in Atlanta is above 300K. That top house, 3 bedroom would go for 280-300 here. If it had 400 more square feet, 330K easy.

Curious as to know what mine is "valued" at now.
Last appraisal was 143k.
Probably 260k now if I go by these other properties.

Go to Zillow and explore the prices in your neighborhood if they are like-sized houses. That's usually a good indicator. Any thing that sold in the last 6-8 months that's near by would also be a good indicator so long as the square footage is similar, number of rooms, bathrooms, etc.

Yeah my ass is going to wait for the bubble to pop myself, as bad as it is with the current demographic houses should be cheaper in like ten years. I could always be wrong though

3 bedrooms. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Paved driveway, wrap around deck, fully fenced half acre yard, and detached garage with an attached carport.
Central air with backup baseboard heaters.
Hope it'd be worth something, haha!
