Kyle called up his buddies and they armed themselves with ARs to patrol the lots scaring off rioters of they tried anything. Then eventually it turned into Kyle and friends giving first aid and putting out fires caused by the mob. One fire he put out was started by Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum, 32, followed Kyle and previously into the night ran into their group and butted heads with them. Kyle went from Car source #1 to car source #2 and Rosenbaum cornered him alone from his friends. Rosenbaum was off his meds according to his doctor's at the hospital and was a frequent suicide watch patient (also pedophilia collector). Basically Rosenbaum had his own crew now, and he alone lunged at Kyle for his assault rifle (arming himself, a mentally ill man). Kyle quickly shot 4 shots into him in a quarter of a second. Rosenbaum falls and Kyle retreats while Rosenbaum's gang moved in chasing him. Kyle gets first hot in the head with a skateboard being slammed against the back of his skull as hard as his pursuer can do, next second Kyle falls, mob moves on top of him, jumpkick man kicks him in the face (Kyle refused to shoot), another man went in for a punch until Kyle pointed the AR at them so he can try to get back on his feet, and finally another man pulls out his Glock and finally Kyle shoots him in the arm blowing it off. Kyle proceeds to turn himself into the police on his own volition running from the rest of the mob.

They have proof Rosenbaum reached for the gun. He had blast marks on his hand from the barrel. Prior to Kyle shooting him, Rosenbaum had been making threats to people protecting the properties. After shooting Rosenbaum, Kyle ran, called another one of the people protecting the properties, they told him to turn himself into the police. Kyle started running looking for the police. The mob that fled when Rosenbaum was shot, started chasing him. At this time Grosskreutz was following Kyle and asked him what was going on. Kyle said he was looking for the cops. Gross thought Kyle said he was WORKING with the cops. But then he noticed the mob following Kyle and despite the fact he thought Kyle was working with the cops, started following him while pulling his weapon from the back of his pants. Gross had a permit for the weapon but it was invalid because since getting the permit, Gross became a felon. That mob chasing Kyle was shouting out things like "BRAIN HIM!!" Huber was the guy with the skateboard and part of the mob that was chasing Kyle when he was running away. Kyle trips and falls. Kyle is sitting up with his gun. An unknown rioter hits Kyle. Huber goes to hit him with his skateboard. Kyle shoots him in the chest. Grosskreutz stops after Huber is shot, Kyle lowers his weapon. Grosskreutz with gun in hand goes after Kyle and Kyle shoots his bicep. From the point Kyle fell and shot both Huber and Grosskreutz it was a matter of seconds. Rosenbaum died. Huber died. Grosskreutz lost his right bicep.
