It should've been declared a mistrial with prejudice before it got to the jury. That said, the verdict SHOULD be Not Guilty and I predict it'll be NOT GUILTY personally too. I don't see guilty as even being possible. That means 12 people would have to unanimously agree that the persecutor knows what he's talking about and has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Kyle murdered two people in cold blood AND those people were NOT the aggressors we all know them to be despite the guy with a gun admitting on the stand that he came after Kyle. Also they would have to ignore the fact that the people shot were there to riot and commit violent crimes in the first place. It's impossible to believe ALL 12 of the jurors would believe these ridiculous ideas. It is possible there could be an Antifa member or other sympathizer that got into the jury so a hung jury is possible. If beyond all possibility there somehow is a guilty verdict (again I predict not guilty) then Kyle is all but guaranteed an appeal for a plethora of reasons.

The judge is still holding on to the claim for mistrial. That means if they come back with a guilty verdict he can be like okay I'm granting the claim for a mistrial with prejudice and of case can't be brought up again.

Let's hope he does so if it comes down to it. When this is over, I'm curious to see how many of the actual criminal miscreants from the Kenosha riots the persecutor will go after. Guessing if he does it certainly won't be with the same level of vigor he used in this trial.
