This man was an immigrant to the United States from Germany. His act was a mixture of prop gags, juggling, and stand-up comedy. He was a kooky character for sure!

They had a gacha egg-toy machine at the fair with Jujutsu Kaisen keychains. Kinda expensive at $5.30 a pop. At least I got Megumi.
