I saw a manga that depicted a village of people that looked like that demon. It also featured a small girl in a white dress just like here. I already forgot the title but I remember it being a more abstract version of Promised Neverland mixed with Somali and the Forest Spirit. Magus Bride could also work as a comparison. Either way, very similar style of art.
