The only way King Kong can even match Godzilla is if the directors buff his height and give him a plot device weapon to use against Godzilla. There is no way you can convince me that King Kong would win against Godzilla in a normal 1v1. Godzilla simply is too powerful and versatile to be defeated by King Kong. The existence of such a premise is a test on the sanity of the American populace. w(ﾟДﾟ)w

I haven't seen the movie. But I wouldn't be surprised if they nerfed Godzilla just to fight Kong. One well placed atomic breath and donkey kong should go night, night. But no, it ain't happening like that. I can already see from the movie trailers that their making out kong to be the good guy and Godzilla the bad guy. Gee, I wonder if the bad guys wins?

They also buffed King Kong. King Kong was originally just about 50 feet tall or something, now they're making him out to be something like 500 feet tall. This is going to be a strange fight where it is going to be a bit like warrior vs wizard. Warrior is skilled in physical combat which is Kong, but the wizard has many tricks and is conniving which is Godzilla.

I'm just glad paying for HBO Max monthly isn't a complete waste! Getting these movies in 4K HDR the same day they release in theaters makes me feel like a VIP. I mean, first it was Wonder Woman 84 (movie was meh but Gal Gadot was hngg)... then The LIttle Things (I love you Denzel)... then Tom and Jerry (which fucking sucked)... then the Snyder Cut Justice League (surprisingly good, new opening scene of The Flash was ejaculatory)... then Godzilla vs Kong (the true winner is you, the fans)... BUT THENNNNNNNNN.......... Mortal Kombat on April 16... then In the Heights on June 11
