Anyone here embarrassed to be a US Citizen

Nooo the education system is just somewhere people place blame when they dont care to really look where the problem really is... take my school for example... the school itself sucks because of bad management at the higher positions... but the teachers are GREAT!! It is the kids who come to school and dont do work because they dont realize how important an education is and get bad grades because of that... that is where that misconception of our education comes from!

I am also very disappointed we don't have a candidate who embraces something like this: No Piracy Legislation Pro-Choice Gay Rights Economic Freedom while keeping regulations Believes in Climate Change Won't try to favor Christians Will prevent any future wars Will grant amnesty to illegals who arent violent Wont favor the rich anymore These issues I could care less about: Death Penalty Taxes

I hate it when a web site, such as MaiOtaku for example, asks for Country in the profile and the only choice I have is US or United States. I much rather say I'm from Texas. <br><br> As a child I was embarrassed to say I was from the US because of the Vietnam war ( I grew up facing a choice when graduating high school, go to war or escape to Canada, I lucked out and the war was called off ), later realizing the US is no different than any other country who commits genocide, look how the indigenous people of North America were exterminated, and now the country has gone communist ! I hate the U.S. They say that you have alot of freedom but you don't and also the US is going to hell as it is with what are stupid president is doing so yeah i am embarrassed to be a US Citizen and also hate the US. Japan is way better in my thoughts because there smarter and nicer i want to go to japan and leave This f up country

It is both parties. I do not believe in the ideals of conservatism, its basically right wing authoritarianism, and liberalism is just plain stupid at times. I don't like Obama but he isn't as bad as Bush. I'm doing this hopefully before I'm 30.

i know what you mean on Obama i would prefer him then Bush but still he passing the laws and making people get health insurance and what of the people what if they dont want health insurance
