Regardless of my own perception of whether such a trans man equates to the social norms of the west on dress code, I would abide by their liberty of expression and self righteousness, it's not my place to condemn them or call them names. It's their choice, their body, their enforcement, it doesn't hurts me in any manner since they are simply being themselves and accepting their gender for whom they are, I, as a permanently tortured trans woman who cannot transition feel really offended by the previous statement of trans women not being "real women" unless they transition

so if a cis male did this as well, walked around fully erect, wore clothes that highlighted this, purposefully or coincidental, your also accepting of this?

It's not my place to judge him, so far he doesn't harms anyone physically or tries to commit any felony, if the country he lives on allows nudity that's his choice, if it doesn't allows nudity then law enforcement will judge the individual, it's not my place to decide his sentence. It would be very conceited to supersede my opinion over his right to liberty and expression (so far no crimes are comitted)

as a woman, it is my place to judge him, as he is making a mockery of my gender and if he truly is a transperson, then she is perpetuating the idea that a woman is her tits and using her status as a protected person to negate dress codes that apply to every other woman

However that's just your perception, isn't it? Also watch the bigotry of calling her by her cis gender, you have affirmed yourself that it's existent among the trans community for individuals to perform such surgeries and receive such implants, again, you're either justifying your bigotry by exemplifying her dress code based on your cis agenda, OR, justifying your dress code by insulting her gender and choices of action.
