men get the same how?? labor intensive jobs pay less, and yet men still make more on average then women did you think for a second you solved the gender wage gap issue with "men work bad paying jobs too"??

Nothing stops a woman from working construction i see it all the time. They just usually dont because they want the cool not back breaking jobs. Like a nurse for example. Compare the amount of female nurses to male ones.

So tell me how are they being paid less? Do they have the same job title as someone? How do they know this? Isnt comparing paychecks a big no no?

you think a nurses job is easy?? its more labor intensive then a doctors job....

I didnt say it was easy and i work medical so i know. Im saying they dont go for any job picking up 50 lbs of equipment in the sun all day.

nurses move around and are on there feet far more then doctors, labor does not = pay if you think it should then you and karl max would agree on something

Ok labor doesnt equal pay. But you stated they get forced into positions that pay less. So these labor intensive POSITIONS pay less and men do them. So now ur gonna flip the script and say oh ueah but the pay difference.

ok let me try and find some ground to settle so we can actually talk about the same thing why do you think women are paid less the men on average?
