I can see why they would criticize the work. The viewers have to like it. Otherwise the anime won't get many sales or good reviews. It's business as usual

I mean imo people are just being picky the cgi wasn't even that bad plus it wasn't just cgi it was a mix my guess being probably due to the amount of time they had to work on it and that it became even more difficult to work on it cause of covid

People will probably get over the CGI as long as they keep it to the titans. It looks awkward sometimes, but I think it's excusable given the time frame they are working with. o7

Lmao AoT CGI is NOT crappy, MAPPA relied a bit more on CGI than WIT but hey it's not that bad at all. If they had CGI at the cost of good animation then I'd understand the hate but the animation is lit so haters can go jump (no pls don't do that, its a metaphor)

The CGI is bad, idk if we are watching the same anime. Like ok maybe with eren as a titan a few parts are ok. But the scouts are SO BAD when they have the dudes zooming around in shitty CGI yeah we are gonna complain.
