Enki is the director of our intelligence agency? Why the hell do we have so many armies? We should have one army with several divisions and then divide them up as we see fit.

Well Beherit we ARE the people and we each are different handling different tasks. We come together once every Tuesday to become one as the MO Council Of Justice. We are Legion.
